Machine 401k is a 401(k) retirement plan formed as a Retirement Trust (hereinafter referred to as “Plan” or “the Plan”) for the purpose of investing the retirement funds of the employee(s) of the Plan sponsor, Machine IT Services LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Sponsor” or “the Employer”). The retirement funds invested by the Plan consist of contributions from both the employee(s) and the Employer. These investments are directed by the Plan Administrator, an individual or entity appointed by the Sponsor.
